When you shop with us (or access our services, apps and websites (our “Websites”), these terms apply.

● Depending on the value of your order or the delivery option or address you choose, delivery costs may also be charged (see below).

● Such additional charges will be clearly shown during the checkout process and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

● Delivery is tracked on all items, delivery date will be determined by Royal Mail.

UK £5 signed for delivery
Europe £20 signed for delivery
Worldwide £30 signed for delivery

● Please allow 3-5 working days after payment (excluding weekends) for delivery(FREE WHEN YOU SPEND £200 OR MORE!)

● For International orders please allow 1-3 weeks.

● Orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.




● If you donʼt like your item(z) for any reason (they donʼt fit) you can submit your return for store credit within 14 days of your purchase order.

● Refunds are always issued once items are received/checked with labels still attached.

● Customer is responsible for return postage costs.

● Hold onto your return tracking #, we can’t look up your return without it

● It can take up to 7 business days to issue your refund once your returned item is received

●  No Exchanges

● Return items are your responsibility until received by us. We cannot refund you lost items.

● Final Sale items cannot be returned

● If your account is flagged for returns abuse we can’t accept your return


After that? 

We don’t accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above.

If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to you and ask you to cover thendelivery costs.

● There are some item(z) we donʼt take back:

● Anything worn, altered, washed or missing its original tags

● If your return comes back with any of these ineligible items you won’t be able to issue a refund.




● Customs fees are set by your country, we have nothing to do with them.

● We can’t control them at all and do not benefit from them in any way.

● Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or advancement fees accrued on a package in countries where applicable.

● We are not responsible for lost, stolen, tampered with or carrier delayed packages.




● If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity that doesnʼt sit right – then we will have to deactivate the account and any associated accounts. If this happens to you and you think weʼve made a mistake, please get in touch and weʼll be happy to discuss it with you.

● If your account has been deactivated and you need to make a valid return, contact us. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

● Please note, we reserve the right to take legal action against you if the items you return donʼt match what you ordered.

This doesnʼt affect your statutory rights.




● Sorry we donʼt offer exchanges.

● As soon as we process your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email that you have been refunded.

Things you shouldnʼt do…

We know itʼs obvious, but you must not misuse or tamper with our websites, apps or other services (“Websites”)

(e.g. hack, introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other technologically harmful material or carry out denial of service attacks etc) or otherwise mess with our tech or functionality or steal our or our customersʼ data.

Doing any of these things may be a criminal offence, but they also get in the way of us giving our loyal customers the best service, so we take them really seriously.

We will report any such breach or activity (and all information about the people carrying it out) to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

We recommend you use virus protection software when using any website, including ours. Although we have a dedicated team who work hard to stop people messing with our Website, we canʼt guarantee that it will always be secure from bugs, viruses or trouble-makers.

Oh, and youʼre not allowed to use automated systems or software to extract data from our Website (AKA ‘screen scraping’).
